This is just one of many generators we have on site to provide electrical power for this large power project, with a total of 1.6 megawatts of continous power being provided. Due to the privacy required for this job, we could only provide limited photos, however we set out to power 100% of the facility with multiple high-efficiency tier 4 final generators strategically placed across key locations to optimize cable placement and efficency. With over 400 pieces of 4-0 cable and more than 100 cable ramps, these generators provide a reliable, continuous power supply during the grid outages, allowing the staff to maintain all essential services and operations for their residences without disruption. We frequently do daily check-ups on the generators making sure there no leaks or spills of any kind. We also provided temporay fencing with tarping and sound blankets to muffle the sounds created by the generators, so that residences are not too inconvienced by the noise. Due to high winds in the area, we re-enforced the temporary fencing to withstand anything mother nature may send our way.
Altadena, CA
The recent Eaton Fire devastated the Altadena community, leaving many without power. At Castro's, we believe in supporting our neighbors in times of need. To help alleviate the impact of the power outages, we quickly mobilized and deployed a fleet of generators to critical locations throughout the affected areas. These generators provided essential power to community centers and vital service areas, ensuring access to basic necessities like food, water, and medical care during this challenging time. We understand the hardship caused by power disruptions, and we were committed to providing a lifeline to those impacted by the fire.
We also understand the importance of clean air quality, especially during and after such a traumatic event. To assist those affected, we provided high-efficiency air filtration devices to residents and businesses in the impacted areas. These devices will help remove harmful particulates from the air, improving indoor air quality and promoting a healthier environment for recovery.
